Global Fiberglass Company provides a range of engineering and fabrication services including but not limited to FRP/GRP tank manufacturing, chemical plant installation, cooling tower fabrication, piping systems, blowers, and related industrial solutions. The following conditions apply to all service engagements:
- Industrial Use Only: Our services and website content are intended for industrial, commercial, and professional use. All project enquiries must be submitted by authorised representatives of legitimate organisations.
- Scope of Work: Every project requires a written scope of work, approved by both parties before fabrication or installation commences. Verbal agreements do not constitute binding commitments.
- Technical Specifications: Clients are responsible for providing accurate technical requirements, chemical specifications, operating pressures, temperatures, and site conditions. Global Fiberglass Company shall not be liable for product failure resulting from incorrect data provided by the client.
- Customisation: All FRP/GRP products are custom-engineered to client specifications. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once fabrication has commenced, except by written mutual agreement.
- Export & International Projects: For international projects (UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other regions), additional terms, shipping responsibilities, and customs obligations will be specified in a separate project agreement.
- Service Availability: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable prior notice. We are not liable for any disruption to services caused by force majeure events.
All pricing and quotations provided by Global Fiberglass Company are subject to the following terms:
- Quote Validity: All formal quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change after this period due to fluctuations in raw material costs.
- Currency: All local quotations are issued in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). International project pricing will be agreed upon and specified in the relevant project agreement, typically in USD or the agreed currency.
- Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment — as specified in the quotation — is required before any fabrication or procurement begins. Failure to pay the advance releases Global Fiberglass Company from any obligation to commence the order.
- Delivery Costs: Unless explicitly included in the quotation, delivery, transportation, crane charges, and on-site installation costs are the responsibility of the client.
- Price Revisions: Global Fiberglass Company reserves the right to revise pricing for ongoing projects if raw material costs increase by more than 10% after order confirmation. Clients will be notified in writing before any revision takes effect.
All content published on globalfiberglass.pk — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, engineering diagrams, technical datasheets, photography, video content, product descriptions, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Global Fiberglass Company or its licensed content providers.
What You Cannot Do
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission from Global Fiberglass Company.
What You Can Do
View, print, and share content for personal, non-commercial reference purposes — provided all copyright notices remain intact and credit is given.
Engineering Drawings
Technical drawings, mold designs, and engineering specifications created for client projects remain the intellectual property of Global Fiberglass Company unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Trademarks
The Global Fiberglass Company name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use in any commercial context is strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorised use of intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Pakistani and international intellectual property laws.
Global Fiberglass Company, its directors, engineers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any of the following:

- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, political unrest, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
- Maximum Liability: In all cases, our total maximum liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the total value paid by that client for the specific goods or services that gave rise to the claim.
